Worldwide Shipping

We ship to most countries and regions. If you cannot find your location at checkout, please contact us, and we will try our best to make shipping available to your destination.

Order Processing

All PoliPony press-ons are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. (Processing time does not include shipping time.)
We kindly ask for your patience as each set is crafted with care.

Shipping Timeframes

Once shipped, orders can be tracked online with a tracking number provided by email.

  • Standard Shipping (7–12 Business Days)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local carriers, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address.

  • Express shipping typically ranges from $9.99–$12.99.

  • Orders over $180 qualify for free standard shipping.

Packaging

We package every order with eco-conscious materials and ensure your PoliPony nail sets are protected to arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Delays & Issues

While we work closely with our carriers, certain factors (customs checks, postal service delays, force majeure events) may impact delivery times. We will always assist you in tracking your package and, when possible, provide contact details for your local postal office.

Delivery Disputes

  • Failed Delivery Due to Contact Issues
    If the carrier cannot reach you and delivery fails, a re-delivery fee (calculated by the carrier) will apply. Your order will be resent once the fee is settled.

  • Undelivered Packages

    • All international shipments include tracking services. You will automatically receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, along with key delivery updates.

    • If the carrier confirms your package as lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will gladly remake and resend your order at no extra cost.

    • If the carrier’s tracking system shows your package as “delivered,” the delivery will be considered complete. The tracking record serves as official proof of delivery. PoliPony cannot provide compensation for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. For your peace of mind, we recommend selecting an address where you can personally receive your package.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, wish to request a different size, or select another style.
